THE VISTA AR INTERREG PROJECT IN THE TIME OF COVID19

The installation and testing of our new tools at our project partner sites in France (at the Château de Fougères, the Lorient Underwater Museum) and in England (at Exeter Cathedral, the site of the former Botallack mines, and the South West Coast Path) has been postponed due to Covid-19.

As the restrictions begin to lift, and it is safe to meet in person, we will invite you to come and discover the results of our work, and to test and experiment with the tools and AR/VR experiences at shows and other workshops.

We would welcome your feedback at these events.

While both sides of the channel are on lockdown the VISTA AR team is continuing to work on the tools and experiences remotely. We hope to have more of the innovative experiences to share with you as lockdown eases.

The partnership met as planned in complete safety and by videoconference this April. It was an opportunity to take stock of the progress being made and to explore innovative ways to keep the momentum of research and development.

In the meantime, we are happy to present to you what VISTA AR is today via this short clip.

Take care and see you soon.
