Botallack Mine – Snapshot of Cornish mining at the edge of the Earth

The National Trust, which recently reopened the doors of its Botallack site, is offering everyone, wherever you are, an interactive preview of an augmented reality attraction that will be available later this summer on the Cornish site. This teaser allows you to move around the Botallack mining landscape as it was in its heyday in Street View mode. To find out more, go to the National Trust's dedicated page.

After your online exploration of the Crowns at Botallack Mine, we would be very grateful if you could complete this short survey to help us understand whether online teasers can encourage people to visit in person.

This experience is part of a research project looking at boosting visits to tourist sites funded by the European Regional Development Fund, managed by the Interreg France (Channel) England Programme and led by the University of Exeter.
This interactive teaser was created by the DPN lab at EESAB in France.
